I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was so spacious, and the extra-large bed was a dream to sleep in. The service was top-notch, especially Sergio at the front desk who was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location couldn't have been better; it's a perfect spot to be in Playa del Carmen, right near Quinta Avenida and the center of everything. The dining experience, particularly the hamburgers, was fantastic. The facilities were great, and overall, it was an excellent value for money.
